Returning Patient

To our valued patients,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your loyalty and trust in Moore Dermatology. As you may know, Dr. Milton D. Moore recently passed away due to injuries sustained in a car accident. It was Dr. Moore’s wish to continue his legacy by keeping the practice open and continuing to provide you with excellent care under the direction of his son dermatologist Dr. Milton R. Moore and Physician Assistant Omni McCluney.

Due to Dr. Moore’s death, we have to recredential the practice with all insurance companies which typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. During this time, we are unable to accept insurance and will be charging $150 for all new patients and $75 for all returning patients. We will notify you as soon as we are able to accept insurance again.
